Students have several options for housing: they can stay in the nearest town of Cashmere, the town of Leavenworth, or on our ranch.
Staying at Rendezvous Ranch
The Bunk House
The bunk house is our brand new addition and is located on the bottom of the ranch property where all the clinics are held. A comfortable dwelling with a western theme, the house has one bedroom, one bathroom and a full kitchen. There is also a queen pull-out couch and plenty of floor space available. We have pads available for the floor if you bring a pillow and sleeping bag. $150. per night for 2 people. There is an additional $15 per extra person and a $39 cleaning fee.
Dry camping is $15 per night per person.
RV camping with electrical and water is $25 per night.

Accommodation for the horse
Horse corral with water buckets $20 per animal per night. ( Owner is responsible for feeding, watering, and cleaning up after the horse otherwise there will be a $15 cleaning fee). Hay is also available for purchase for $17 per bale.
Dogs $15.00 per day. Dogs will need to be on a leash at all times.
Showers $2.00 per shower.
Overnight haul in fees $20.00 per night you provide hay.
Dry camping fees $15.00 per night per person
Shavings $10.00 per bag.
Use of trail course $40.00 for 2 hours. Must be booked prior to arrival. Riders must have at least 4 hours of lessons prior to being authorized on course or have gone through a clinic at Rendezvous Ranch. A liability must be signed in the office before riding or be on file.
Lessons $45.00 per hour or $400.00 for a bundle of 10.
Ranch horse for rent $65.00 per hour.
Boarding fee $300.00 per month for hay (grain and supplements not included).
